Weaker wines also protect against cancer
Consuming one cup less alcoholic wine may be sufficient to reduce the risk of some cancers, BBC reported.

Several studies have shown that people who drink wine with 10% alcohol instead of 14% may also benefit, according to the World Wide Fund for cancer research. The recommended daily dose is no more than 2 glasses for men and 1 for women.

Scientists have calculated that one cup a day reduces the risk of bowel cancer by 7% when consumed in small wine. Experts say the best prevention is to limit the use of alcohol in general, but for big fans of spirits is advisable to switch to an alternative drink that contains less alcohol, have an effect on the risk of malignancies.
